A house visit is longer than an apartment visit because the auditor must inspect every level, including:
Allow 90 minutes to 3 hours depending on the size of the house.
The auditor needs access to all areas: cellar, attic, boiler room, outbuildings. Any obstacle to access may result in unfavourable default values being applied.
If access is not possible during the visit, a call-out fee of €75 excl. VAT may apply.
